Vinyasa Flow
Breath-led sequences that build to a peak pose. You will sweat, you will not be shouted at, and nothing is held for longer than five breaths.

A quiet room on a loud street
Two rooms above the bakery on Ashbury. Sprung maple floors, blackout blinds for yin, a heated room we keep at the temperature we advertise, and no mirrors anywhere.

I have never done yoga. Which class?
Slow Flow & Restore, or the free Sunday 9am community class. Tell the teacher at the door and they will stay near you.
Is the hot room really hot?
Hot 26 runs at 95°F and 40% humidity with a thermometer on the wall. Vinyasa and Power are 76–78°F. Yin and Slow Flow are room temperature.
Can I share a pass?
The 10-class pack is shareable with one household member. Unlimited is personal, but bring a friend for $18 any time.
What do I need to bring?
Water and yourself. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and towels are all here and included.
How late can I cancel?
Four hours before, free, from the link in your confirmation text. Later than that the credit is used – but you can send a friend instead.
Do you teach prenatal at any stage?
Twelve weeks to birth, and postnatal from six weeks with clearance. Reema has 500 hours of specialist training.
